Senior Estate Engineer (01 Post): Requires a 4-year Civil Engineering degree (Master’s preferred), minimum 10 years of experience, and a minimum age of 35.
Junior Engineer Electrical (01 Post): Requires a degree in Electrical Engineering (5 years experience) or a DAE in Electrical (7 years experience).
Record Keeper (01 Post): Requires Intermediate/D.Com (2 years experience) or Matric with professional courses (3 years experience).
Tube Well/RO Operator (06 Posts): Requires Intermediate/DAE/Matric with professional courses and 2–3 years of experience.

Security Guard (04 Posts): Middle (Matric preferred), 1 year experience, age 18+. Ex-servicemen are preferred.
Other Roles: Positions for Gardener (04), Road Cleaner (05), Mason (01), Labour/General Helper (02), and Digger (02) require at least a Middle-level education (Matric preferred) and 1 year of experience.
