1. Branch Banking Operations Head
- Number of Posts: 01
- Location: Likely Head Office (Not specified, but role involves supporting the branch network).
- Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from an HEC-recognized University.
- Experience: Minimum 05 years post-qualification experience, with 03 years in a similar position.
- 2. Branch Managers
- Number of Posts: Multiple
- Location: Various branches across Punjab.
- Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from an HEC-recognized University.
- Experience: Minimum 05 years post-qualification experience, with 03 years in a similar position.
3. Officer Call Center
- Number of Posts: 05
- Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from an HEC-recognized University.
- Experience: Minimum 02 years post-qualification experience in a similar position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Branch Banking Operations Head: Supervise daily banking operations for the entire branch network. Key areas include cash management, account opening, remittances, clearing, ATM/debit card settlement, and ensuring compliance with SBP regulations. Also involves coordinating with the business team and improving core banking system performance.
- Branch Managers: Responsible for the overall supervision, administration, and performance of a branch. Key duties include achieving business targets (deposits, advances, recovery), ensuring quality customer service, compliance, safeguarding branch assets, and managing staff.
- Officer Call Center: Handle inbound/outbound customer calls, log complaints in the CRM system, escalate issues, adhere to scripts and compliance requirements, and maintain accurate customer interaction records.
