| Experience | Minimum 06 years of banking experience in which 01 year in Audit or Branch Operations. | |
| Other Skills / Expertise / Knowledge Required | * Well conversant with overall branch operations | |
| * Excellent business communication and analytical skills | ||
| * Proficiency in MS-Office | ||
| * Ability to work in a fast paced and deadline driven environment with consistent and quality output | ||
| Outline of Main Duties / Responsibilities | * To conduct / supervise Branch Audits as per the Annual Audit Plan | |
| * To review and identify the risk areas, related to overall Branch Operations, ATM, GLs, Lockers, FCV accounts operations | ||
| * To hold pre-audit meetings with the Auditee management to plan the audit and gather pre-inspection data for preparation of Audit Planning Document | ||
| * To supervise/perform testing procedures for each control to be tested and for lapses observed in the internal-audit report | ||
| * To supervise follow-up and discuss Corrective Action Plan (CAP) with the management and process the CAP receiver | ||
| * To supervise timely escalation of reportable/critical issues | ||
| * To supervise validation/implementation of internal and external quality assurance recommendations and offer instruction and internal auditor’s recommendations | ||
| * To supervise that all related documents (working papers of field audit and back office) for audits are uploaded in e-Audit | ||
| * To prepare draft and final audit report | ||
| * To follow-up with the regional management on periodical basis (fortnightly / monthly / quarterly) for submission of compliance and rectification of overdue exceptions | ||
| * To ensure that all rectified exceptions/issues are closed in system by the branches and Regional Offices | ||
| * To perform validation of closed issues of branch audit reports and in RO Audit Reports | ||
| * To supervise effective management of internal audit MIS, back-office records and ensure the safekeeping of audit records | ||
| * To supervise/validate the rectification status of regulatory findings | ||
| * To perform any other assignment as assigned by the Supervisor(s) | ||
