Cotton Web Limited is hiring | Deputy Manager (ICT)

We are looking for a skilled and detail – oriented professional to join our ICT Department as a Deputy Manager. The role is responsible for managing core network infrastructure, overseeing data center operations, leading network upgrades, and driving continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor’s in computer science / IT or any relevant degree. Minimum 4 – 6 years of relevant experience. Experience in an enterprise or industrial environment preferred.
Requirements:

• Manage core network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, wireless controllers, and VPNs.
• Ensure 24/7 availability of LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and data connectivity.
• Oversee data centre operations, including VMware, storage, backups, and servers.
• Maintain high availability, redundancy, failover, and environmental controls.
• Implement and manage firewalls, endpoint security, IDS/IPS, and access controls.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, ITGC, and best practices.
• Conduct network audits and security assessments.
• Lead network upgrades, expansions, and modernization initiatives.
• Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal teams.
• Mentor junior network and system engineers.
