Job Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Post Graduate Nurse with Masters in Nursing or an equivalent degree from an HEC and PNC recognized university.
- Experience: 10 years or more working experience on a senior nursing management position in a tertiary care set up is desired.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership to the nursing workforce.
- Formulate, educate, and train nursing personnel to implement SOPs for improving quality of nursing services.
- Integrate latest clinical principles into practice.
- Essential Skills: Evidence of professional qualities for positive interpersonal relationships, team management, and the capacity to acquire latest principles.
- Added Value: Knowledge and hands-on experience of working in a JCIA accredited hospital locally or abroad.
