About the Programme
Effective leadership is vital for enhancing organizational efficiency, and improving public service delivery. Recognizing this, EDI has designed a comprehensive workshop aimed at developing leadership and management capacity for creating and sustaining high-performing teams in the public sector, corporate organizations, academia, social sector institutions, and civil society. The course will address the crosscutting demands of leadership in diverse professional settings and will equip participants with practical strategies to meet real-world challenges. Building on the success of its earlier programs, the workshop will feature distinguished speakers, including federal ministers, former military leaders, experienced corporate leaders, motivational and inspirational leaders, former and current federal secretaries and eminent academicians from leading universities of Pakistan.
This program offers a unique platform to learn from seasoned leaders, share experiences, and strengthen professional competencies in leadership and governance.

The workshop is designed for mid to senior level officers/executives of federal and provincial governments, regulatory bodies, attached departments, private sector, academia and civil society.
Note: Seats are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
This is a non-residential program.
