| Farm Supervisor | Diploma or BSc in Agriculture. Must have at least 10 years of experience working on a large agricultural farm. |
| Assistant Farm Supervisor | Retired Subedar or Naib Subedar from the Army with an agricultural background. Must have at least 10 years of experience in an Army agricultural farm. |
| Office Superintendent (for Lahore Head Office) | Retired Havildar from the Army with experience in the clerical branch. |
