Key Responsibilities
This role focuses on the end-to-end quality lifecycle. Youโll be responsible for:
- Raw Materials & Process: Ensuring incoming materials meet specs and supervising water treatment.
- Production: Overseeing syrup batching (following MMIs) and ensuring online testing/warehouse product checks are compliant.
- Compliance & Audits: Leading internal audits, coordinating with external regulatory bodies, and handling FSSC/PCI requirements.
- Problem Solving: Handling non-conformities, stopping production if necessary, and implementing corrective actions.
- Equipment: Managing the calibration and maintenance of lab equipment.
Candidate Requirements
- Education: Bachelors or Masters in Chemistry, Food Science & Technology, or Chemical Engineering.
- Experience: 5โ6 years in the Beverages/FMCG sector.
- Certifications: Preference is given to candidates with Lead Auditor and FSSC certification.
