Job Title: Head of Community Department (Community Ophthalmology)

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the department to ensure high-quality patient care, compliance with standards, and budget control.
Oversee education programs and mentor faculty and trainees at the LRBT School.
Manage outreach activities, including eye camps, public awareness drives, and the evaluation of the Primary Eye Care (PEC) network.

Eligibility Criteria:

Essential: MBBS degree from a reputable university.
Essential: Valid PMDC (Pakistan Medical & Dental Council) license.
Highly Preferred: M.Sc. in Community Ophthalmology.
An Advantage: FCPS, FRCS, MCPS, or DOMS in Ophthalmology.
Experience: Proven experience as an ophthalmologist with expertise in clinical work, teaching, leadership, and outreach. Skills in monitoring and evaluation, preferably of primary medical facilities, are required.
