EOI Summary
The HIT Education Welfare Trust (HITEWT), a non-profit welfare educational organization registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860, is seeking proposals from external auditors.
HITEWT invites Expression of Interest (EOI) from Chartered Accountant Firms on the latest approved list of practicing firms having satisfactory QCR rating from ICAP (Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan) to conduct the annual audit of accounts for the following projects/entities for the Financial Year 2024-25:
- HIT Education Welfare Trust (HITEWT)
- Heavy Industries Taxila Education City Schools & Colleges (HITEC S&C)
- HITEC Institute of Medical Sciences – Medical College (HITEC IMS)
- Dental College – HITEC Institute of Medical Sciences (HITEC IMS – Dental College)
Submission Requirements
- UDIN Requirement: A separate UDIN will be required for both consolidated financial statements and separate financial statements of the mentioned institutions.
- Submission Method: A sealed envelope clearly marked as “Hiring of External Auditors” must reach the office.
- Deadline: The sealed envelope should reach the office before 10th October, 2025 at 14:30 hrs (2:30 PM) via mail or email.
- Right to Reject: HITEWT reserves the rights to accept or reject any or all EOIs at any time prior to the acceptance of the EOI.
