HRSI is seeking career-oriented professionals to appoint against the following positions:

JUNIOR MANAGEMENT POSITION – CORPORATE COMMUNICATION

Job Role: Responsible for Corporate Communications team by assisting in the development and execution of communication initiatives, managing media relations, coordinating internal and external content, organizing events, and ensuring all communication flows to sustain the company’s brand reputation and marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in media management and handling media queries, ensuring timely coordination and appropriate response aligned with the company’s communication strategy.
  • Assist in drafting and preparing materials for external media communications, including press releases, media advisories, and presentations following set protocols.
  • Support in the content development, design, and compilation of the in-house newsletter such as Times, Corporate Connect etc. for internal staff consumption.
  • Provide support in event organization, including coordination of logistics, branding materials, agency follow-ups, giveaways, and on-site support.
  • Drafting and preparation of internal and external reports, ensuring content accuracy, formatting, and alignment with company’s communication standards.
  • Support the team in the development of quarterly and annual financial reports, including content compilation, editing, and coordination with stakeholders, other departments, designer/agency teams.
  • Coordinate with administrators, agency teams, media owners as assigned.
  • Perform all other administration, communication, or content development as assigned by the line manager.

Education:

  • Minimum 16 years of education, preferably Master’s from a renowned and HEC recognized university or institution/equivalent foreign degree holder institution, preferably in Marketing, Communications or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum 3-4 years of professional experience, preferably in a large national/multinational organization-setting or at least 1-2 years of functional experience in a junior management role.

MIDDLE MANAGEMENT POSITIONS – HEALTH, SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENT

Job Role: Manage HSE matters by providing technical and administrative assistance/advice in HSE decisions making process and matters related to HSE documentation including reporting, evaluation, control, and coordination. Provide support & assistance to the all business functions through Audit, Training & Advisory process in building a workplace free from accidents and injuries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Continually strive for improvement & development of HSE Management System across the company for effective implementation of policy.
  • Plan & conduct HSE Audits as per HSE Audit Plan / Scorecard Targets for company’s facilities (Installations, Offices, Storage Facilities etc.) and ensure timely closure of findings.
  • Support implementation of Process Safety Management (PSM) across all operational locations ensuring compliance to set standards. Lead the development and deployment of technical standards on Safety and continually seek reduction in ALARP & integrity of critical barriers. Including provision of technical and functional guidance as well as administrative deliverables for PSM elements and requirements.
  • Strive for digestion and emerging technical and professional aspects of HSE in line with local & international standards, and their appropriate implementation across all locations.
  • Training & Mentoring of concerned stakeholders, and by facilitating the HSE Learning Need Identification (LNI) & Training Plan for all departments across the organization to raise competence and professionalism.
  • Advice on Fire Fighting preparedness, including review of Fire Fighting Gap Analysis and Emergency Response plans to ensure the organization is always safe & ready.
  • Monitor HSE Audit Compliance and provide technical advisory & guidance to enhance HSE performance for all the operations. Ensure compliance with all local and international HSE regulations, including relevant standards & codes such as API, NFPA, OSHA, ISO:45001 and regulatory requirements such as OSRA, EPA etc. stringent compliance to these and other statutory requirements.
  • Liaison with various Business Functions and other HSE Areas to enhance HSE Performance of the functions & zones.

Support Environmental Management & ESG initiatives across all company operations and having knowledge of relevant standards such as EPA, Global sustainability frameworks, decarbonization programs, climate risk assessment methodologies and reporting standards will be an added advantage.

  • Support implementation of OH framework ensuring systematic control of workplace health hazards (Chemical, Physical, Ergonomics, Psychological), medical surveillance, fitness to work programs & employee well-being in line with ILO & accepted standards.
  • Lead/Conduct incident investigation as and when required to recommend action plan.
  • Timely and accurate HSE performance reporting to management at all departmental level to ensure timely achievement of objectives in departmental & organization level.
  • Perform any other task or function as maybe desired by the management.

Education:

  • Minimum 16 years of education having an Engineering Degree and preferably Master’s Degree from a renowned and HEC recognized university or institution/equivalent foreign degree holder institution.

Experience:

  • Minimum 6-8 years of professional experience, preferably in a large national/multinational organization-setting and at least 4 years of functional experience in a senior role at an operations function.

Requirements:

  • Ensure coordination between all Stakeholders (Internal and External), from workers to senior management for satisfactory functional performance.
  • Candidate must have strong Critical Thinking, Analytical Skills, Problem Solving mindset, Communication, Interpersonal & Conflict Management skills.
  • Formulate HSE policies, procedures and SOPs as per Business Requirement.
  • Resolve day to day operational and administrative problems pertaining to HSE by taking decisions as per LAM.

JUNIOR MANAGEMENT POSITION – LEGAL (COMPANY SECRETARIAT)

Job Purpose: To support in ensuring robust legal and regulatory compliance across all corporate governance matters. The role involves assisting in the effective implementation of internal controls, compliance frameworks, rules and public sector governance, who can interpret, implement and monitor legal requirements effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Legal Compliance & Advisory: Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations including the Companies Act, 2017; SEC Act, 2015; Securities Act, 2015; Listed Companies (Code of Corporate Governance) Rules, 2019; NBFC Rules & Regulations, and all other related statutory requirements, contracts, and regulatory matters. Assist in drafting and reviewing agreements, policies, legal documents, and correspondence ensuring legal and regulatory validity.
  2. Board & Shareholder Meetings: Support the Company Secretary in organizing Board meetings, AGMs, and EGMs, including drafting agendas, minutes, resolutions and prepare requisite documents and compliance with statutory requirements.
  3. Regulatory Reporting & Liaison: Assist in filings/returns on time with the SECP, PSX, and other regulatory bodies. Act as a liaison between the company and external legal advisors, auditors, and regulators.
  4. Litigation & Dispute Resolution: Represent the company in legal proceedings, arbitrations, and dispute resolution processes. Coordinate with external legal counsel and internal stakeholders. Manage and maintain legal records, ensuring timely reporting to management.
  5. Risk & Compliance & Quality: Identify legal risks and propose mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with ethical standards and corporate governance frameworks.
  6. Documentation & Record Management: Create and timely implement documentation of changes.
  7. Maintain statutory registers, compliance checklists and governance records in accordance with legal requirements.
  8. Support legal interpretation of corporate governance frameworks, board structures and related party transactions.
  9. Ensure accurate and timely dissemination of information to regulators, shareholders and stakeholders.
  10. Liaison with auditors (internal, external, government) on legal and compliance matters and oversee implementation of recommendations.

Education:

  • Minimum 16 years of education, preferably, Master’s from a renowned and HEC recognized university or institution/equivalent foreign degree holder institution, preferably in Law or a related discipline.

Experience:

  • Minimum 3-4 years of professional experience, preferably with at least 1-2 years of related functional experience in corporate/secretarial practice/legal/compliance/governance affairs.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of corporate governance, regulatory compliance and public sector frameworks.

Age:
