Job Description:
The CEO will report to the Chairman and Board of Directors and will be responsible for:
- Managing the financial and operational matters of the organization.
- Engaging with key donors (primarily the Government of Pakistan and Government of Sindh).
- Charting the long-term direction, growth, and financial well-being of NAPA.
- Overseeing curriculum and faculty development through the Heads of Theatre and Music.
- Guiding students and faculty from diverse backgrounds and age groups.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Education: Minimum of 16 years of formal education. A degree from an HEC-recognized institution is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 15 years of senior management experience.
- Preferences:
- A background or direct association with the performing arts.
- Experience managing, leading, or serving at a senior level in a reputed educational institution.
- These preferences will be distinct advantages.
