Available Positions

All positions are based in Karachi on a three-year extendable contract under the Merit Quota.

Position	Key Focus Area
DGM – Regional Accounting & Finance	Supervising Zonal/Sub-Zonal operations, budgetary control, and ensuring compliance with Principal Office directives.
DGM – Payment Disbursement Officer	Processing vendor/employee payments, bank reconciliations, tax compliance, and managing ERP postings.
DGM – Financial Analyst	Analyzing financial trends, supporting IFRS 17 compliance, preparing MIS reports, and coordinating with actuarial/audit teams.

You must meet one of the following three tracks:

FCA (Fellow Chartered Accountant): Minimum 7 years post-qualification experience.
ACA (Associate Chartered Accountant): Minimum 10 years post-qualification experience.
Master’s Degree (Finance/Business/Economics): From an HEC-recognized university with at least 15 years of relevant experience.

Note: Experience in the Insurance Sector is highly preferred for all tracks.

Maximum 45 years (as of the advertisement date).
Age relaxation may be granted per SLIC rules for candidates with exceptional experience.
