Director (Quality Assurance and Institutional Effectiveness) position.

📋 Job Overview: Director (QA & IE)

The primary focus of this role is to maintain and enhance the quality of teaching and learning at the college, ensuring alignment with the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan’s framework.

1. Qualifications & Experience

You must meet one of the following educational criteria:

PhD with relevant experience at a senior management level.
MPhil / MS / Masters (or equivalent 18-year degree) with relevant experience at a senior management level.
Note: Applicants with a Master’s degree must provide an HEC MPhil Equivalence certificate.

2. Key Requirements

Academic Record: All degrees must be from HEC-recognized institutions. No 3rd division in your entire academic career.
Skills: Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory, along with computer proficiency and strong communication skills.
Age: Minimum age of 25 years.
Experience: Only formal sector work experience counts; part-time, internship, or honorary roles are not considered.
