MEPCO is requesting Expressions of Interest (EOI) for a Project Management Consultant (PMC) for the “Power Distribution Strengthening Project,” funded by the Asian Development Bank (ADB).
Project Scope:
- Modernize power distribution infrastructure and reduce technical/commercial losses.
- Deploy Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) and Asset Performance Monitoring Systems (APMS).
Eligibility Criteria (Total Score: 100):
- Technical Competence (70%): Firm must have 10 years of professional experience, with 5 years specifically in power sector utility transformation.
- Management Competence (20%): Proven experience as a Lead Consultant for donor-funded infrastructure projects.
- Geographical Experience (10%): Experience working in South Asia or comparable developing country contexts.
