Instructions and General Terms
- Age Limit: The age limit is 18 to 28 years. An additional 5 years of age relaxation is admissible under government rules. Further relaxations are:
- 3 years for 3 years of relevant experience (up to a max of 15 years).
- 10 years for disabled persons (up to a max of 15 years).
- 5 years for women (up to a max of 15 years).
- Quota: The quota for women, minorities, and disabled persons will be maintained as per government rules.
- Application Procedure: Interested candidates must send their applications along with the following documents to the address below:
- Attested copies of CNIC, Domicile, and all Educational/Experience Certificates.
- Two recent passport-size photographs.
- Ineligibility: Candidates dismissed from the Military Farms Department or any other government institution are not eligible to apply.
- Government Employees: Candidates already working in government or semi-government institutions must apply through the proper channel (via their department).
- Application Deadline: Applications must reach the Military Farms Directorate, Adjutant General Branch, GHQ, Rawalpindi by 08:30 AM on January 2, 2025. Late applications will not be considered.
- Test/Interview Schedule: The date, time, and place for the test/interview are as follows:

- Test/Interviews will be held at the Military Farms Directorate, Adjutant General Branch, GHQ, Rawalpindi.
- TA/DA: No TA/DA (Travel Allowance/Daily Allowance) will be paid for attending the test/interview.
- Discretion: The number of posts can be increased or decreased. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning a reason.
For all posts, preference will be given to candidates with relevant practical experience.
