Applications are invited from motivated and suitable candidates for the following positions to be filled on purely contract and non-lapsable basis for the project “Capacity Building & Institutional Strengthening of M/o PD&SI.”

1. Project Coordinator (PPS-10) | 01 | HEC recognized master of Business Administration in Human Resource Management, Economics or equivalent from the recognized university with 10 years of experience in public sector management. Case use of office, strong knowledge of rules and regulations, and depth knowledge of capacity building, handling and managing projects and programs. Preference will be given to the candidates having experience in public sector organizations. |
2. Administrative Officer (PPS-09) | 01 | HEC recognized master of Business Administration in Human Resource Management, Economics from the recognized university with 07 years of experience in the public sector management. Case use of office, strong knowledge of rules and regulations, public sector project management. Preference will be given to the candidates having experience in public sector organizations. |
3. Assistant Director (PPS-07) | 01 | HEC recognized at least 16 years professional degree (e.g. BBA(Hons.), MBA (HRM), Mass Communication or related field) from HEC recognized university/institution. At least 3 years of relevant experience in public sector management/ coordination. Preference will be given to the candidates having experience of government organizations. |
4. Assistant Computer Operator (PPS-06) | 01 | * 14 years 2nd Class Bachelor with three year experience as Computer related assignments/ Management of Government documents/records etc. |
* Skills to use 1,000 Key Depression (words) per hour on computer applications like MS-word, excel, power point etc preferred. Management of Government documents/records etc. * Maintaining documents into files and folders * Writing English/Typing in English * Basic computer literacy (MS Word, Power-Point and Excel, Emails, Downloading documents and data) | ||
5. Assistant (PPS-06) | 01 | * 2nd Class Bachelor degree with 3 years of experience of office in government/semi-government or private organizations. Candidate must possess following skills: * Maintaining documents into files and folders * Writing in English/Typing in English, computer literacy (MS Word, Power-Point and Excel, Emails, downloading documents and data), ability to write or take dictation to official letters or any other task as assigned by project director. |
6. Driver (PPS-03) | 02 | Literate having valid driving license and experience of 3 years. Well versed with the traffic rules. |
7. Security Guard (PPS-02) | 02 | Literate with relevant experience of 4 years |
8. Khakroob/Sana’i (PPS-02) | 02 | Literate with relevant experience of 2 years |
