- Develop and implement Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ) management systems.

- Oversee Quality Management System (QMS) and Environmental Management System (EMS).
- Represent MEPCO before regulatory bodies like NEPRA and MOE.
- Promote safety culture, pollution control, and sustainability initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelorโs in Engineeringย or16-year degree in TQM, Environment, or related fields.
- Minimum 20 years total experience, with at leastย 15 years in supervisory/consultancy roles in Process Safety, Occupational Health, Quality, and Environmental Systems.
- Additional certifications (NEBOSH, HAZOP, NFPA, ISO, NLP, etc.) preferred.
- Experience in power sector HSEQ systems is advantageous.
Age Limit:
- Maximum 62 years on the closing date (no relaxation).
Remuneration:
- Salary:โจ0.8 to โจ1 million per month (negotiable based on experience).
- Additional C-level benefits and allowances.
- Contractual, non-pensionable, with no permanent status.
