Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Management: Lead financial planning, budgeting, cash flow management, and financial controls.
  • Compliance & Audit: Oversee accounting, taxation, audits, and the utilization of grants and restricted funds.
  • Regulatory Adherence: Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, 2017 (Section 42), SECP regulations, and tax laws.
  • Secretarial Functions: Manage Board and Committee meetings, agendas, minutes, statutory filings, and records.
  • Advisory: Provide guidance to the Board on financial, governance, and regulatory matters.

Requirements

  • Education: CA, ACCA, ICMA (Pakistan), CPA, or MBA (Finance) with relevant professional certification.
  • Experience: A minimum of 8–10 years of relevant experience, including senior-level finance and SECP compliance.
  • Preferred Background: Prior experience with Section 42 companies or not-for-profit organizations and Board-level reporting.
  • Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills.
