Key Responsibilities
- Financial Management: Lead financial planning, budgeting, cash flow management, and financial controls.
- Compliance & Audit: Oversee accounting, taxation, audits, and the utilization of grants and restricted funds.
- Regulatory Adherence: Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, 2017 (Section 42), SECP regulations, and tax laws.
- Secretarial Functions: Manage Board and Committee meetings, agendas, minutes, statutory filings, and records.
- Advisory: Provide guidance to the Board on financial, governance, and regulatory matters.
Requirements
- Education: CA, ACCA, ICMA (Pakistan), CPA, or MBA (Finance) with relevant professional certification.
- Experience: A minimum of 8–10 years of relevant experience, including senior-level finance and SECP compliance.
- Preferred Background: Prior experience with Section 42 companies or not-for-profit organizations and Board-level reporting.
- Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills.
