Applications are invited from suitable male and female candidates for the following vacant positions on a temporary basis (likely to become permanent).

Post Details and Educational Requirements

2. LDC 11 1 Open Merit 1 Intermediate (F.A./F.Sc.). Two years experience in a relevant field.
3. Store Supervisor 5 2 Balochistan 2 Matric with two years experience in a Store Keeping or Store related environment.
4. Clerk 5 1 Balochistan 1 Matric. Two years experience in an office environment.
5. Hospital/Orderly 1 1 Balochistan 1 Primary pass (or equivalent). One year of experience in cooking/orderly duties.

Note: The number of posts is a breakdown of the total positions advertised for the respective scales.

Terms and Conditions

  1. A processing fee of Rs. 300/- (Rupees Three Hundred only) must be deposited in the name of the Commandant, Ordnance Depot Quetta, with the application.
  2. Candidates are required to send their applications along with attested copies of their CNIC, educational documents, domicile, experience certificates, and two recent passport-size photographs via registered mail/courier.
  3. Candidates already in government service must apply through the proper channel (via their respective departments).
  4. The general age limit is 18 to 33 years. A further relaxation of 5 years in the upper age limit is admissible as per government rules. The age limit for retired armed forces personnel is 45 years.
  5. A 10-year age relaxation is available for disabled persons (up to a maximum of 45 years).
  6. Candidates applying for positions on BPS 1 to 5 who are residents of the district where the post is located will be given preference.
  7. A separate application must be submitted for each post applied for.
  8. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for a test/interview.
  9. No TA/DA will be admissible for the test/interview.
  10. The selected candidates must sign a service agreement for a prescribed period.
  11. The department reserves the right to accept or reject any application or cancel the advertisement without assigning any reason.
  12. If a candidate applies for more than one post, they must use separate envelopes for each application.
