* Must be well conversant with PC-I, PC-II format.
* Preferably an PEC registered architect.
* Preferable to work in high-speed environment.

2. Librarian (SPS-08) Master’s degree (16 years education) in Library and Information Science (LIS) or equivalent with minimum 3.0/4.0 CGPA or 60% marks in the annual system from HEC recognized university/institution.

3. Scientific Officer (SPS-08) PhD in relevant field (18 years education) or MPhil/MS/MSc (Hons) (18 years education) or BS (Hons) (16 years education) in relevant discipline with minimum 3.0/4.0 CGPA or 60% marks in the annual system from HEC recognized university/institution.

4. Security Officer (SPS-08) Graduate with Ex-Army Officer (Preferably qualified in Intelligence course or equivalent) from a recognized university/institution.
Quota: Merit-01 Experience: 05 years experience of command, administration, and management in the relevant field.

* Preferably retired at the rank of Major or equivalent in the highest degree with a clean record in the Pakistan Army/Navy/Air Force.

5. Technical Officer (SPS-08) BE/BSc Engineering (16 years education) or equivalent in Civil Engineering/Water Management/Agricultural Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering/Electronics Engineering with minimum 3.0/4.0 CGPA or 60% marks in the annual system from HEC recognized university/institution.

* Registration in PEC is mandatory in the relevant field.
