New Position: Quantity Surveyor (MEP)

Key Responsibilities
As a Quantity Surveyor, your primary focus is the financial management of MEP projects:
- Cost Management: Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and cost estimates.
- Tenders: Evaluate and compare contractor bids.
- Billing: Verify and certify monthly payment applications (Running Account Bills).
- Compliance: Handle Variation Orders (VOs), claims, and finalize accounts in line with contracts.
- Reporting: Track progress against budgets and provide financial risk forecasts to the client.
Eligibility Criteria
| Criteria | Requirement |
| Education | DAE in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (Higher qualifications also accepted). |
| Technical Skills | Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and AutoCAD (considered an advantage). |
| Experience | Minimum 10 years total experience as a Quantity Surveyor for building projects. |
| Specific Exp. | At least 3 years must be on the Employer/Consultant side of project management. |
| Age Limit | Maximum 50 years (Relaxable by 3 years for candidates from Ex-FATA, GB, Balochistan, and AJK). |
