Position	Minimum Qualification	Experience Required
Manager Financial, Budget, Tax, IFRS 17, and Regulatory Reporting	Masters in related discipline OR BS in Actuarial Science/Risk Management OR CA Inter/ACCA/ACMA.	Minimum 5 years of overall progressive experience.
Manager Bank Reconciliation and Bank Operations	Masters in related discipline OR CA Inter/ACCA/ACMA.	Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Takaful/Insurance plus 3 years overall related experience.
Manager General Ledger, Taxation, and Systems	Masters in related discipline OR CA Inter/ACCA/ACMA.	Minimum 5 years of overall progressive experience in insurance/Takaful or Audit Firm.
Senior Analyst Takaful Governance	Bachelors degree in related field; Takaful/Islamic Banking certifications preferred.	Minimum 4 years of experience in claims or Shariah risk management in health insurance.
Manager HR Talent Acquisition	16 years of education (MBA/MPA HRM preferred) or equivalent HEC recognized degree.	Minimum 3 to 4 years post-qualification experience, preferably in large organizations.
Manager HR Operations	16 years of education (MBA/MPA HRM preferred) or equivalent HEC recognized degree.	Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience, preferably in large organizations.

Age Limits: Age requirements vary by role, generally ranging from a maximum of 35 to 45 years.
Location: All positions are based in Lahore.
