- In case a candidate claims that his/her qualification is equivalent to the prescribed qualification, he/she will be required to submit equivalence certificate of his/her foreign/local qualification issued by1 the Competent Authority. If he/she fails to submit Equivalence Certificate on or before the date of his/her interview, his/her candidature shall be cancelled.
- In case of a candidate claiming a specific age relaxation under any law, he/she has to submit an attested copy of the relevant documentary proof in this regard on or before the date of interview/time whenever asked by the Commission. His/her candidature shall be cancelled otherwise.
- The candidates who have passed the required qualifications from a Foreign University/Institution will provide the firm letter(s) duly registered with SECP Registrar of Firms or any other Regulatory body like Chamber of Commerce and Industry and an affidavit on stamp paper regarding the validity/genuineness of the firm/company where experience was gained at the time of interview/whenever asked by the Commission.
- The candidates will ensure that they will provide original documents at the time of interview. No self-attested/un-attested copies of documents will be accepted at the time of interview.
- The candidates will ensure that they provide the requisite certificates regarding the required experience as per Advertisement (i.e. Research Papers) on or before the closing date.
- The Shorthand Test and Typing & Proficiency Test, if required, will ONLY be held at Lahore.
- The candidates are advised to deposit fees online by using the following methods ONLY i.e. ATMs, Mobile Phone Banking, Internet Banking, Over the counter (by visiting any Bank branch) & through Jazz Cash / EasyPaisa / other available mobile accounts.
