Job Description (Key Responsibilities):
1. The incumbent shall be whole-time officer of the University.
2. He/she must be fully aware with the rules, regulations and statutes of the University. As well as pertaining with the Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Bodies.
3. He/she will be the custodian of the common seal, the academic and administrative record of the University.
4. He/she will be responsible of statutory bodies/authorities and to perform such other duties as may be prescribed/ assigned.
5. He/she may be familiar with the IT skills and Modern Administration Tools.
6. The candidate must be equipped with to conduct the meetings of statutory bodies, to prepare the Agenda, working papers and to prepare/to initiate the meetings.
7. The candidate must maintain close liaison/providing with Management to resolve the various issues related with the maintenance of law & order and other administrative issues within the committees of University.
8. He/she shall deal with the litigations and hold affairs and to appear in the Honorable Courts to defend the University, if called by the Honorable Court.
9. The period of appointment shall be for three years.

Job Description (Key Responsibilities):
1. He/she shall be a whole-time officer of the University.
2. He/she shall be responsible for all matters connected with the conduct of examinations and perform such other duties as may be prescribed.
3. He/she may be familiar with the IT and Modern tools of automation related to examination records/keeping and maintenance.
4. He/she shall be responsible for the announcement of the results on regular basis.
5. He/she shall be responsible with the University Administration for holding the Convocation in the befitting manner.
3. Director QEC 20 1. Qualification: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline from a recognized university.
2. Experiences: At least 15 years in BPS-19, including 2 years in Quality Enhancement/ Quality Assurance at the university level.
3. Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and writing skills; experience in quality assurance/quality management preferred.
4. Assessment: Shortlisted candidates may be required to deliver a presentation on Quality Assurance in Higher Education.
5. Age Limit: Not exceeding 55 years on the closing date of application submission.

2. Experiences: At least 10 years in research management, academic administration, innovation ecosystem, or commercialization activities.
3. Track Record: Demonstrated ability in securing research grants, leading projects, and building industry-academic linkages.
4. Leadership: Proven skills in research promotion, innovation management, and fostering collaborations.
5. Age Limit: Not exceeding 55 years on the closing date of application submission.
5. Librarian 19 Postgraduate in Library Sciences, preferably 1st Class or equivalent qualification from recognized University, with 13 years’ experience in library administration/ organization in a post equivalent to BPS-17 and above in a University/Board/college or library of repute.
Job Description (Key Responsibilities):
1. Proficiency in modern digital Library Management System (e.g., KOHA) and digital cataloging.
2. Data analysis and interpretation to inform library decision-making.
3. Organization and maintenance of library resources for optimal accessibility.
4. Development and implementation of community outreach programs to promote library awareness.
5. Familiarity with privacy-enabled systems and digital resources.
6. Creation of a supportive and inclusive environment for scholars and students at the Central Library.
6. Software Developer 17 Postgraduate: BS (CS/IT), (4-Years)/MSC, M.SC(IT) or equivalent qualification from HEC recognized Institution/University, Minimum five (05) years’ experience in private/public sector organizations in software design, implementation and development including C, C++, Java, .Net with database.
Well versed with:
– Open Source Software Development – People Soft CMS – Moodle Campus.
