RE-ADVERTISEMENT REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

  1. The Government of Sindh requires services of following Staff for a donor funded project. Interested applicants may express their interest in providing the services through .
  2. Eligible applicants shall have the following qualifications, experience and skills as mentioned against the positions:
Position: Procurement & Contract Management Specialist — (One Position)
Qualification: B.E (Civil) or equivalent, and M.Sc in relevant discipline Engineering.
Experience: * Not less than 10 years of experience in the field of Civil Engineering including 5 years of experience in the field of Procurement & Contracts Management and at least 1 year of relevant experience on procurement guidelines / standards and procedures of foreign donor agencies (World Bank).
* Excellent writing and communications skills, computer skills including MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
* Note: Project will be considered as extra benefit.
  1. The mentioned vacancy is purely Temporary / Contractual Basis (to be renewed annually purely on the basis of performance) funded through the International Lending Agency.
  2. The candidates shall have no right to claim for regularization of services in the future under any prevailing Government policy.
  3. Candidates meeting the minimum eligibility criteria for qualification and experience shall be called for interview.

  5. Selection will be purely on merit and after necessary endorsement of the donor agency.
  6.
