Chief Security Officer (01 Position)

Qualification: Minimum of 14 years of education from an HEC-recognized or foreign institution.
Preferred Background: Preference is given to Ex-Army Officers of the rank of Major (Fighting Arms). Having a degree of PSC/ISC/LSC or equivalent is an added advantage.
Experience: Minimum of 05 years post-qualification experience, including 03 years of relevant or banking experience.
Ineligibility: Individuals compulsorily retired from the Army on discipline, inefficiency, or medical grounds are not eligible.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and administer all aspects of the Bank’s Security and Safety programs.
Supervise security arrangements across all branches and the Head Office.
Ensure the proper functioning of electronic security devices such as CCTV, fire alarms, and sensors.
Maintain liaison with law enforcement authorities to handle security threats.
Provide self-defense and safety training to all bank staff.
